After ordering, if you are unhappy with your order in any way then the items can be returned or exchanged hassle-free.  This excludes personalised items, unless the item is faulty.  Please contact us via email within 14 days of receiving your order for an exchange or full refund. Returns Policy

Returns outside the standard 14 day window will only be accepted at our discretion. All returns should be sent back to us in the original packaging provided, by 2nd class signed for postage.  A copy of the receipt must be kept.  Our return address can be found on the back of your parcel, however if it is missing, please email us at 

The item(s) should be returned unworn and in perfect condition. Any returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels/packaging may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. If your item is received faulty or damaged then we will exchange it for a new undamaged item (stock permitting).

When you contact us about your return you will receive a Returns Number. You will need to include this in your package when you return it to us. Any returns without a Returns Number will not be accepted. Returns will be credited to the original payment method. Any original shipping charges will not ordinarily be refunded.
